1. Acceptance of Terms

Extra time, overtime, and penalty shootouts are not included in regular time settlements unless explicitly stated.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Website.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim, or one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights; (iv) any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account; and (v) any misrepresentation or breach of warranty made by you.
